Anna Pulkertová

Anna Pulkertová sees art as a tool that helps people look at the world differently. Her personal mission is to open horizons — to show new perspectives, to connect people with the work of artists and to bring art closer, so that it is neither distant nor hard to grasp, but a natural part of everyday life. She believes that contact with art develops the way we think, how sensitive we are and our ability to see things in a wider context.

Through her work she brings together the worlds of artists, collectors and newcomers, and creates a space in which art becomes both accessible and inspiring. Her goal is not only to open art up, but to help people understand it, build their own relationship with it and discover its value — cultural, personal and long-term.

Anna Pulkertová has a strong academic background in art and culture, which forms the foundation of her expertise. She studied the theory and history of art at UMPRUM (Academy of Arts, Architecture and Design in Prague) and, at the same time, media and culture (media studies and cultural studies) at Charles University, combining a deep understanding of the artistic context with a broader view of its social and media dimensions. Her studies were never purely theoretical — while still at university she began to move actively in the professional art world, which allowed her to connect academic knowledge with practice very early on.

Professionally, Anna Pulkertová has long worked at the intersection of art, business and investment. She was a curator and arts manager at a private bank, where she worked with collectors, developed art projects and analysed the art market. She also gained experience in galleries and at auction houses in the Czech Republic and abroad, and today she works as an adviser on collecting and investing in art. Alongside that she popularises art in the media (Forbes Art Latte, podcasts and others), and as the founder of Art Part Club she combines her professional know-how with an innovative approach to owning contemporary art and opening it up to a wider audience.

Anna Pulkertová has long seen strong interest in one-to-one consultations — people come to her wanting to understand art, to start collecting or to develop the collections they already have. Given her limited capacity, it is unfortunately not possible to work with everyone ad hoc.

That is also why Art Part Club created a special type of individual membership that allows for deeper and more personal collaboration. Within it, Anna provides one-to-one consultations focused, for example, on starting and growing a collection, finding your way around the market, or gaining insight into contemporary art and its context.
