Before you give.

By when must the recipient redeem the voucher?

The voucher is valid for 12 months from purchase, until the last day of that month. If bought on 12 May 2026, it is valid until 31 May 2027.

When does the membership start?

The start date is up to the recipient and agreed with us, but the membership must begin before the voucher expires.

How do I give the gift?

We will send you the voucher as a PDF by e-mail and you give it to the recipient. Or we will prepare a tailored gift package with a handwritten letter for CZK 150.

How do I pay?

After you send the order, you will receive a summary and a QR code for payment by e-mail.
